Working principle of cocopeat machine

Coconut husks are fed into the coir fiber extraction machine from the feeding port, and the wire cutter driven by motor rotates to open the coconut husks. The filamentous materials will be ejected from the discharging port, and the chaff falls from the hole at the bottom of the coconut fibre extraction machine.

Precautions

1. Old coconut shells need to be soaked before being extracted.

2. The feeding amount should not be too much. The direction of the wire cutter should not be reversed, or the power should be turned off in time for adjustment.
